Who we are

Marianas Technologies Inc. (“Marianas”, “we”) builds and licenses procurement, finance and order-desk software for distributors and manufacturers. We are based in Toronto, Canada.

This website

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and protect the site. Its typeface loads from a hosted font service, so your browser contacts that service when a page opens.

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, work email, company if you give it, and your message. An email delivery service passes it to our sales inbox, and we use it only to reply to you and to follow up on what you asked. It stays in that inbox; ask and we will delete it.

The software we license

Inside the software we process our customers’ business data on their behalf, under their agreement with us: records from their ERP and CRM, the email in mailboxes they name, calls to the AI order desk, and files they upload. Each customer runs as its own deployment with its own database, hosted by us in North America (today the databases are in Canada). We do not sell that data, do not use one customer’s data for another, and do not use it to train AI models. Call transcripts are kept for one year in the customer’s deployment and call recordings for 30 days at the voice platform; when a customer leaves, its data is exported on request and deleted within 30 days. If a customer of ours holds data about you, for example as a caller, a customer contact or an employee, that customer decides how it is used. You can ask them, or us, and we will help them answer.
