Marianas Technologies builds AI software for mid-market distributors and manufacturers — companies large enough to run real complexity and too lean to carry the analysts that complexity usually demands.
The platform didn’t start as a product. It started inside a working distribution business that had the same problem as everyone else its size: an ERP that recorded the past accurately and helped with none of the decisions.
Buyers reordered from spreadsheets and memory. Freight was billed to customers below what the carrier charged, for years, and nobody caught it because nobody owned looking. Cash sat in inventory that hadn’t moved in a year. The month-end lender package took an afternoon of copying numbers between systems.
Every part of this platform exists because one of those problems had to be solved in a real company, on a real deadline, with real money moving. Nothing here was designed on a whiteboard and validated later. The reorder engine exists because orders were being missed. The freight reconciliation exists because the leak was found. The order desk exists because customer calls were taking people away from work only people can do.
That is a harder test than most software in this category gets. It runs a live business every day — placing real purchase orders, taking real customer calls, and producing the numbers that go to a lender. Software that carries that has to be right, and has to keep being right.
What began as one company’s internal system is now licensed to others, on the same footing: every deployment is validated against the customer’s own data, on a written checklist, before anyone calls it live.
What we believe
Not describe it. A recommendation you still have to execute by hand has moved the work, not removed it.
If the system tells you your margin, it should show you the figures it used and how it calculated them. Finance cannot file what it cannot explain.
AI drafts, ranks, explains and prepares. A person decides anything that spends money, moves stock, or goes to a customer or a bank.
It stays in a deployment provisioned for you alone. It is not pooled with other customers, and it is not used to train anyone’s model.
