Pricing
You should be able to tell whether this fits your budget without booking a call.
Priced per company, not per user. Add your whole buying team and your whole finance team — the price doesn’t move. There is no implementation project to quote and no professional services minimum.

Onboarding
Configuration, connection to your ERP, and validation against your own data. If we have not reached a signed acceptance within 30 business days of getting credentials, the onboarding fee is waived.
Not a feeling that it is going well. A written checklist you sign: your balance sheet balances to zero, margin reconciles to your general ledger, the borrowing base matches what you last filed, a purchase order has gone into your ERP correctly. Objective, or it doesn’t count.
No setup fees beyond onboarding, no per-transaction charges, no charge for additional users, and no annual uplift beyond a capped renewal increase. If we quote you something that isn’t listed here, ask why.
Yes, and most companies do. Procurement pays for itself first, and the finance layer needs a short workshop on your chart of accounts before it is useful.
It runs alongside either plan rather than standalone — it needs the product, pricing and customer data the platform already holds in order to match an order correctly.
Nothing. Your data exports in a standard, machine-readable format, and we delete it thirty days after that.
No. Pricing is per company. Adding buyers, controllers or customer service staff does not change the fee.
Procurement is generally live inside two weeks. The finance layer follows once the chart-of-accounts workshop is done. The 30-business-day commitment covers the whole thing, and the clock starts when we receive credentials rather than at signature.
Twenty minutes is usually enough to know whether this is worth going further. We’ll look at your ERP with you — and if the data isn’t ready, we’ll tell you that rather than sell around it.
